Sometimes you just want to have that 4WD capability in case you or your co-workers decide to really challenge the terrain around the farm. This 4010 model Kawasaki Mule offers that assurance that you can get in and out of most any jobsite with little effort.
If you are a fan of the Mule 4000 series of hard-working mobility tools, then you will want to check out the Mule 4010 line as well. The 4010 model also uses the 617cc fuel-injected gas engine as the 4000, this V-twin motor producing 34.7 pound-feet of torque to haul your cargo. Speaking of capability, this machine will tow a respectable 1,200 pounds and packs an impressive 800 pounds in the cargo bed. The CVT transmission makes moving such a load as easy as selecting high or low range and pressing the foot pedal. Of course, it is always recommended to use low range for any serious hauling, and with 4x4 you are even more ready for that task.
Using the digital fuel injection, the Mule 4010 4x4 simply sips at the fuel tank that holds a generous 6.3 gallons of fuel. Whether early morning or late evening, the two sealed-beam headlights and twin brake lights keep everyone aware of their surroundings and help you see those long roads before the sun comes up. The Kawasaki Mule 4010 4x4 is offered in not only Timberline Green but Dark Royal Red in 2019.
The next level of the Kawasaki Mule 4010 4x4 is the multi-passenger known as the Mule 4010 4x4 Trans. We assume that “Trans” is short for “Transport” as this model has room for four instead of just two. This model carries an only slightly higher starting price point of $11,199, but it does give the larger seating capability or easily convertible cargo capacity. When converted from a two-person ride to adding those extra passengers you’ll notice the specifications do say the cargo capacity goes from 800 to 400 pounds in the bed, for obvious reasons. The Mule 4010 Trans also comes with Electronic Power Steering (EPS) and this gives the driver some comfort during the day’s work. The padded bench-style seating is comfortable and has mild sculpting to give individual seat feel to the occupants. Side bolsters also help to provide a bit of security.
The Mule 4010 Trans 4x4 is offered as a camo model for 2019 as well. The Realtree Xtra Green Camo is perfect for those who work hard but love to play harder during hunting season. Or maybe you just love that coloration to break up the monotony of a workday. This camouflage version will set you back a mere $11,699.
