Nearly 35 years ago, the big talk in the off-road industry was the battle between the greatest two-stroke sport quads on the planet. Then, as the new millennium arrived, the talk of the town evolved into how amazing the latest and greatest four-stroke sport ATVs were. Fast forward to model year 2019, and the talk of sport quad is merely a whisper. Instead, the hype and buzz now surrounds UTVs. Honda, who has built some great utility and recreational UTVs has FINALLY jumped head first into the sport UTV arena with their Talon 1000R. It's not quite as wide as it's two competitors, but we still wanted to see how it stacked up. In this comparison, we're taking a look at the widest and most gnarly model available from each manufacturer. We'll also be putting these machines head-to-head-to-head in early 2019.
