The 2022 Polaris Turbo R Ultimate Dynamix is all-new, replacing the previous RZR Turbo S and upgrading parts—like an updated chassis and better suspension components, among others. Of course, this beefed-up RZR will need an RTI score to compare it with some of last year’s top UTVs.
The RZR Turbo R Ultimate climbed 46.5 inches up our 20-degree RTI ramp. With a wheelbase of 96 inches, this gave the rig an RTI score of 635.4.
An RTI score is a good indicator of how well a rig can traverse terrain. The Turbo R’s score far surpasses the score of its big brother, the RZR Pro R, which achieved an RTI score of 445. For 2022 models, this is the second best rig we have tested on the RTI ramp; the Turbo R was only surpassed by the 2022 Yamaha RMAX2 1000 Sport.
