Fox Reportedly Has Acquired Shock Therapy

Fox Factory Inc., which builds premium suspensions for UTVs and all manner of other powersports, apparently just acquired Phoenix, Arizona–based Shock Therapy. The news has yet to be announced by Fox or Shock Therapy, but a Fox job posting for a position in Phoenix mentions the sale.

Fox is hiring for a bunch of different jobs in Phoenix, including sales people, technicians, marketing professionals, installers, and shippers. The job listing says, “Please note: This position is entry-level and will be working within Shock Therapy, a recent Fox acquisition.”

There has also been some forum buzz around the sale, and rumor has it that another major player in the UTV and ATV suspension game has also been acquired by Fox. We’ll hold off on naming the second company till we have the news confirmed, or Fox makes an announcement.
