Polaris Issues Recall on the 2021–2022 RZR Pro XP 4

Polaris has issued a recall on an estimated 600 2021–2022 RZR Pro XP 4 UTVs. The recall stems from reports of the fuel pump assembly joint failing and causing a fuel leak, which poses a fire hazard. So far Polaris has received five reports of fuel leaks and one report of a fire on the 2021–2022 Pro XP 4 with no injuries.

To check if your vehicle is affected by this recall, go to polaris.com/en-us/off-road-recalls/ and enter your VIN. Polaris is contacting registered owners of the affected vehicles directly to inform them of the recall. If your vehicle is under the recall, you should stop using the vehicle and contact a Polaris dealer to schedule a free repair. The fuel pump assembly will be replaced free of charge.
