FluidLogic is hoping to revamp how people hydrate on trail rides with its Coaxial and Flush360 hydration systems. In each case, FluidLogic’s system puts water on your rig and in your helmet. The system is essentially a bite valve and hose that mount to your helmet attached to a 32- or 64-ounce bottle mounted to your rig. But where FluidLogic gets clever isn’t in the physical system but the electronic “brain” that runs it.
Instead of relying on the driver to remember to drink on a healthy schedule, FluidLogic’s brain flashes a light at set intervals to remind you to take on fluids. In other words, if you’re in the middle of a long ride or deep in the desert in a race or pre-run, you don’t have to worry about getting distracted and forgetting to drink.
And if you opt for the Coaxial system, FluidLogic is hooked right in to your rig’s forced air system, which makes install, plumbing, and wiring easy and clean. The FluidLogic Flush360 and Coaxial hydration systems run $980 for 32 ounces or $1,000 for 64 ounces. Check out more at FluidLogic’s website to learn more.
