The fire that broke out on Carrie Underwood’s 400-acre Nashville property on June 16 was caused by a UTV parked next to the garage, according to the Underwood family. Underwood, her husband, and her two children were all home when the fire erupted, but were unharmed. The make and model of the UTV has not been disclosed.

Williamson County Fire and Rescue arrived at the scene after a call at 9:42 p.m., according to news reports. Firefighters found the garage was completely engulfed in flames, but were able to use a 10,000-gallon reservoir on the property to put the fire out before it could spread to the rest of the house.

Officials have confirmed that there was no structural damage to the main residence and Underwood’s family are clear to keep living in the house.
