If you’ve spent any time poking around YouTube, odds are you’re familiar with DeBoss Garage. The channel focuses on all sorts of madness, from shoving a Caterpillar engine into an OBS Ford truck to sending a 16-cylinder two-stroke diesel engine to Valhalla. Most of the content focuses on what the crew can get up to in its Canadian garage, but the latest video makes all of that seem like child’s play. Instead of wedging a weird engine in an old truck, the three Canadians bought Land Rover Defender SUVs sight unseen in South Africa, and plan to overland out of the vehicles.
Look, any part of that last sentence is a particular kind of madness. Buy a car sight unseen? Not a great idea. In South Africa? Um. Land Rovers?! It all goes about as well as you can imagine, but the DeBoss guys take it all in stride as they pick up their machines and go about outfitting them for a proper adventure.
If, like us, you enjoy stupidity with good company, this series is going to be for you. The first episode is out now, and more are on the way. Enjoy.
