Two weeks ago Doug DeMuro did a deep dive on the 2024 GMC Sierra HD 2500 AEV Edition, and I about fell in love. Never mind that a $100K truck will never match my reality, and also ignore the small detail that I can probably get by towing with my aging Sequoia most of the time. None of that is important.

What is important is this giant GMC will drag whatever you want to tow across these United States without breaking a sweat while swaddling you in the comfort and convenience of a very nice living room. And when you get to Moab or Glamis or Oregon Dunes or Yuma or wherever, the truck will happily bop off the pavement and up to whatever remote dispersed campsite you have picked.
