The Fast and the Furious are maybe the most iconic car movies of all time, and have brought in more than $7 billion over the lifetime of the franchise. Now some lucky fan has the chance to own a piece of the franchise. It’s not anything like Dom’s Charger or any of the famous JDM cars from the series, but it’s still an LS3-powered off-roader raced by Jason Statham. The car, named the “Fast Attack Buggy,” was used by Statham’s character Deckard Shaw in Furious 7, released in 2015.
The car was posted to the online auction site Bring a Trailer. The car is powered by an LS3, traditionally found in a C6 Corvette. The engine is mated to a three-speed automatic transmission. It’s also a full-fledged off-roader, as it comes equipped with 17-inch beadlocks and 27-inch General Grabbers. Sure, the tires could be a bit bigger, but that’s always fixable.
The interior gets bucket seats, harnesses, a Sparco steering wheel, and a center-mounted AutoMeter instrument cluster. The body is a fiberglass shell with aluminum trim, and it’s wrapped around a full roll cage.
Check out the listing at bringatrailer.com and bring home this iconic off-roader.
