Watch SXSBlog Time Attack for $500

SXSBlog just put its own spin on the old adage “it’s more fun to drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow.” We’re still not on board with referring to side-by-sides as “cars,” but we’ll suspend our objection for the length of this video, and semantics aside, the point stands. In this episode, the crew takes on its newly built test track in a 2023 CFMoto ZForce 950 H.O. Sport. The video includes a pile of laps in two different Polaris RZR Pro Rs, a Polaris RZR Turbo R, and a Honda Talon 1000R, but the CFMoto is the rig of choice for a friendly $500 lap challenge among the crew.

And even though the CFMoto is far slower than the other rigs available, it manages some more than respectable times, and draws high praise from everyone involved. You see, even though it’s down on power compared to the other rigs, its excellent handling and predictable, forgiving nature make it a driver favorite.

That means that the guys all managed to turn some fairly impressive laps, but the winner is a surprise dark horse, who shocked even himself by taking the $500 bounty. We’ll let you check out the video to find out who wins. It’s worth watching the whole episode, because there is some really impressive driving and the winner isn’t revealed till the very end.
