Yamaha has announced that it will be the exclusive motorized recreation sponsor for the National Conservation Legacy Center “Recreation” exhibit at the National Museum of Forest Service History. The grant comes through the Yamaha Outdoor Access Initiative, an organization that has donated more than $6 million to different off-road projects across the country.

The National Conservation Legacy Center will open in Missoula, Montana, in 2025, and feature the “Recreation” exhibit. The display will “focus on the many aspects of outdoor recreation along with its value to and reliance on land stewardship and conservation efforts to protect access to public lands.” Yamaha’s donation to the exhibit cemented the company’s spot as a major sponsor for the next 10 years.

“The National Conservation Legacy Center’s recreation exhibit is a creative, educational experience, and Yamaha’s support further demonstrates the OHV community’s commitment to a sustainable future of outdoor recreation for all types of users,” says Steve Nessl, Yamaha Motor Corporation marketing manager.
